What is the "Basic Training" course exactly?
In the "Basic Training" Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the regular Crossfit classes.
Can I come observe a class?
Yes! We welcome you to make an appointment with us to come in and see firsthand who we are, and what we do.
