CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. But, what does that mean to you? Think of it like this…

The foundational movements of Crossfit are simply basic movements of life, things that a we should do on a regular basis to maintain the ability to navigate comfortably through life (pick up our children or that big case of water, move furniture, put a heavy box on the top shelf, run away from something scary, etc.).

So, in class, we Squat, Lift, Pull, Press, and Hinge. Those movements are constantly varied and performed at different levels of intensity. This is how you get fit.

KIDS

Our program is a CHARACTER-driven, level-based fitness program. We define words like Confidence, Humility, Perseverance, and many others. Kids learn what it means to be good inside while looking good on the outside.

Helping parents build fit, confident, good human beings is our PASSION!

INTRO COURSE

Our “Basic Training” course is our introduction into CrossFit. It’s designed to teach you how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the regular Crossfit classes.

This is a one-time optional course comprised of a total of 9 classes occurring every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 3 weeks. They are purposely programmed in a specific order, each class building on the previous. There are both physical performance elements and nutrition information along the way. Whatever “success” means to you, we want to help you achieve it
